Robustness is a KPI to indicate how robust an interface has been performing in the last 30 days.
It shows the relation between successfully processed message vs. their errors.
There are 4 areas/ranges, showing the robustness as a percentage of success vs. failure in percent:
Range | Meaning |
---|---|
0 – 50 | less or equal 50% of the messages in the last 30 days were successful |
51 – 70 | between 51% and 70% of the messages in the last 30 days were successful |
71 – 90 | between 51% and 70% of the messages in the last 30 days were successful |
90+ | more than 90% of the messages in the last 30 days were successful |
The (4) ranges and the period are static for now (not configurable).
The period is taken from the traffic of the last 30 days (including todays date, e.g. when the calculation is done on Jan 10th 2025, the traffic of the following period is considered: Dec 12th 2024 – Jan 10th 2025.
So far the following data sources support the KPI:
- SAP_IS_CI: SAP Integration Suite: Cloud Integration
- SAP_IDOC: SAP ABAP Backend IDocs
On Interface level the Robustness is shown in the Reporting & Metadata section:
On End-to-End level a total of the interface robustness values is calculated and shown in the Reporting section:
In the Reporting area you find an overview in the navigation menu under Reporting:
You can filter by Data Source and Category (Environment).
In the Reporting Overview you see only the robustness of interfaces from PRODUCTION (category):
