Message Mappings can be stored separately now! With this update for WHINT Interface Documentation, you can generate your mapping documents independently and not only as part of your configuration scenario (WHINT Interface Documentation for SAP PI/PO) or integration flow (WHINT Interface Documentation for SAP Cloud Integration).
For SAP Cloud Integration you have separate objects per integration package: Message Mapping. Those are created as separate files into SharePoint, typically into (a configurable) subfolder MM.
Message Mappings within Integration Flows can also be stored separately in subfolders when you export in HTML mode.
For SAP PI/PO, you have to add new operation mappings in the configuration to extract the mappings separately:
- MTJ_To_IFD_Mapping_01 (reads all Integrated Configurations with Message Mappings in Operation Mappings)
- MTJ_To_IFD_Mapping_02 (converts each Message into Excel and stores it on SharePoint)
The generated folder structure is:
- <SWC Version>
- <Namespace>
- <Operation Mapping>
- <Message Mapping>.xls
- <Operation Mapping>
- <Namespace>
